Last month we wrote an article about installing a new energy efficient boiler in a triplex. Thankfully, I didn't reveal the location as I recently discovered that some burglars covet those beauties. The police blotter from the New Jersery town of Montclair:"Officers responded to a multi-family residence on May 24 at about 6:45 a.m. on a report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, police checked the interior of the residence but did not locate any suspects, but they discovered a heating boiler had been stolen from the house.
